Restoration service costs are based on individual items, and fees are in 15-minute increments, at $15.00 per 15 minutes. If you are interested in having us evaluate a specific item, we ask that you e-mail the image to us. We can then estimate the time involved and send you an approximate cost. E-mailed images are estimated free of charge.

If you cannot e-mail an image, you may mail it, however; we suggest notifying us prior to sending it . Images received by mail are subject to a $25.00 handling / estimating fee, and shipping and insurance costs to return the item will apply. You will be notified via e-mail and if you agree to the estimate, the $25.00 handling fee will be waived.

When an item is mailed, either for an estimate or to proceed with a restoration, you will be responsible for insurance costs for both the initial shipping and the return shipping. IHSF will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused in transport.
