License Information

All IHSF images are Rights-Managed. Licensed Material is subject to the IHSF Rights-Managed License Agreement , and is licensed on a limited basis. License agreements will accompany the selected material. If your specific use is not included in our price calculator, please contact us at sales@ihsf.org for a quote. Below is a list of usage examples:

Commercial Usage examples:

	Printed Marketing Material:
	• Commercial or promotional usage in brochures , sales materials, direct mailings or catalogs
	Print or Outdoor Advertising or Product Packaging:
	• Commercial usage in magazine ads, billboards, outdoor posters or product packaging
	Indoor Displays:
	• Commercial usage in trade show displays, in-store displays or posters
	Web or electronic broadcast (commercial):
	• Commercial usage in a corporate or promotional website, TV commercial or program or other web presentations
	Products:
	Commercial usage in Greeting cards, calendars or electronic media
	Internal Company Use:
	Commercial usage in company newsletters, brochures or presentations
	Low Resolution File:
	Commercial usage in a single website or in a single web ad

Editorial-Licensed Material is subject to the same criteria as Rights-Managed Material; however, several other restrictions apply. Editorial-Licensed Material may only be used in an "editorial" manner, which means that use must relate to events that are newsworthy or of public interest and Editorial-Licensed Material may not be used for any commercial use. Editorial Usage examples:

	Front Cover:
	• Non-commercial front cover usage in a single edition or issue of a newspaper, magazine, book (retail or textbook) or other printed material
	Inside Placement or Back Cover:
	• Non-Commercial interior or back cover usage in a single edition or issue of a newspaper, magazine or other printed material
	Inside Placement or Back Cover:
	• Non-commercial interior or back cover usage in a single edition or issue of a book (retail or textbook)

Footage Material is subject to the same terms and conditions as Rights-Managed Material with certain other restrictions. See IHSF Footage License Agreement
