DONOR: SIZE: One cubic foot SCOPE & CONTENT: This collection includes the papers, military 201 file, and photographs of Kathleen Crumpton's father, Col. Eino Jenstrom. BIOGRAPHY: Kathleen's father, Col. Eino Jenstrom, spent 30 years in the U.S. Army Air Force and the U.S. Air Force. He was a command pilot and commander of a B-29 bomber squadron. With a total of 500 hours of combat flying, he flew 42 missions in all; 22 over Japan in WWII and 20 over North Korea. During that conflict, Col. Jenstrom also served with NATO/SHAPE and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. He was highly decorated, according to his military 201 file.
