BIOGRAPHY:

Richard Foote was an econometrician whose work included statistics and econometrics primarily in commodity price forecasting and commodity futures. His experience included work for USDA, EMCIP/narp, private businesses, Texas Tech University and New Mexico State University.

Richard was a conscientious objector in WWII and undertook extensive work overseas in Indonesia, Vietnam, and elsewhere.
