BIOGRAPHY:

Jack Barclay is a 1961 graduate of the Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, with a B.S. in Chemistry. He served from 1964 to 1974 as a chemist at the White Sands Test Facility (Lockheed Electronics Company, Aerojet General, LTV Aerospace Company), then he started the chemistry laboratory at NASA White Sands Test Facility. Thereafter, he became self-employed as a motivational instructor, financial planner, stock broker, and realtor. He holds New York Stock Exchange Certification. He also managed Cobblestone Brewery and Pub, the largest brew pub in Richmond Virginia and had an ownership interest in the business.

In 1998, he attended New Mexico State University, Las Cruces, NM, graduating in 1998 with a B.A. in Economics with additional majors in Psychology and Philosophy, as well as a B.S. in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Management. After graduation, he managed Old Mesilla Pastry Café for four years, then opened the Café Don Felix.
